New Features For Real Estate Website

I'm looking for ideas of new features that I can add to my website. A few things that I'm looking to do is change the Special Announcements section.

Instead of giving an update on the market I would have links that would provide information about recieving a free market analysis, free seller packet, and free buyer packet.

I'm also looking to improve this blog section, and make it where I can add documents and pictures.

What other things are you looking for?
